Simple Home respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
When you submit information through our website forms, we may collect:
From a homeowner, this may include the property address, listing description, photographs, video, plan selection, and billing status returned by our payment processor. Payment card numbers are collected by the payment processor.
From a buyer or other inquirer, this may include a property inquiry, a showing request, and offer materials the person submits.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messages are transmitted by our messaging carrier. The carrier receives the phone number and message content needed to deliver the text. Simple Home does not sell mobile numbers or share them with third parties for their own marketing.
Mobile information will only be used for the purpose of communicating with you regarding your specific property inquiry and related services provided by Simple Home.

Simple Home’s advertising platform uses Google OAuth and the Google Ads API to access Simple Home’s Google Ads account. We use that access to create, manage, and measure listing advertisements on Google, including Search and Demand Gen campaigns.
Information we may access or keep includes Google Ads account identifiers, campaign and related advertising resource identifiers, and campaign performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, and spend. Credentials used for this access are stored securely as server-side application secrets and are not stored in seller or buyer account profiles.
We use this information to operate, manage, and measure Simple Home listing advertisements and related advertising services. API requests are sent to Google to perform these advertising operations. Simple Home does not sell Google Ads account data.
Simple Home also uses Meta advertising services through Meta's APIs to create and measure property advertising on Simple Home's advertising accounts. The public website does not load a Meta pixel.
A Google Ads tag loads on our pages. After a showing request is saved, the page can send a conversion measurement to that tag. The measurement Simple Home sends identifies the conversion. It does not include the buyer's name, email address, or phone number. Google's tag can also receive the page address, click identifiers present in the link, and cookies the tag sets.
When a Google Analytics measurement id is configured, a Google Analytics tag loads and records page views. The page path is sanitized. The Analytics tag is not loaded when that measurement id is absent.
When you visit Simple Home, we may use first-party cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors discover our website and which Simple Home pages or marketing campaigns lead to customer signups.
These technologies may record information such as the page where you first entered the Simple Home website, the date of that visit, and campaign information included in the link you used, such as source, medium, campaign, content, or search-term identifiers.
Simple Home may retain this information and associate it with your account if you later create one so we can understand which marketing efforts lead to customers and improve how we promote Simple Home.
Our current first-party acquisition attribution does not store your password, payment information, property-access information, or private communications in the attribution cookie, and the attribution information is not sent by this feature to third-party advertising platforms.
The first-touch attribution cookie may remain on your device for up to 90 days.
Simple Home may use first-party browser storage and similar technologies to understand how visitors interact with an individual property. This can include property visits, return visits, engagement with property materials, opening the showing scheduler, showing requests, and offer-related progression.
We use this first-party information for operational and analytical purposes: to present the home, prevent abuse, coordinate legitimate showings and offers, and understand how our marketplace is working. This measurement is separate from a seller’s ability to launch or operate a listing.
Today, Simple Home measures property interaction for first-party operational and analytical purposes. Simple Home does not currently publish advertising audiences, and does not currently send this property-interest information to advertising platforms for retargeting.
In the future, Simple Home may use qualifying interest in an individual property to show advertising for that same property, subject to your Privacy Choices, applicable law, and platform requirements. Any such advertising would be limited to the property you interacted with, not a pool of other homes or a general buyer profile.
You can choose whether this browser may be used for targeted-advertising purposes. That choice is anonymous and does not require an account, email, or phone number. Simple Home honors this preference through its internal eligibility controls. Opting out of targeted-advertising use does not prevent you from viewing homes, requesting a showing, or submitting an offer.

Simple Home honors recognized applicable Global Privacy Control browser signals through those same internal eligibility controls. Before the Google Ads tag loads, an opt-out on this page or a Global Privacy Control signal turns off advertising personalization for that tag and turns on Google's restricted data processing. Showing-request conversion measurement can still be sent. Google Analytics page measurement can still be sent when Analytics is configured. Simple Home does not currently publish advertising audiences, and does not send this preference or signal to Meta.
We take reasonable measures to protect the information submitted through our website and communication systems.
Simple Home keeps account, property, inquiry, communication, and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service, retain the accepted agreement, and meet legal and accounting duties.
To ask a question, or to request access, correction, or deletion where your state provides that right, email info@yoursimplehome.com. Simple Home will verify the request and respond as applicable law requires. Simple Home does not provide a separate self-service privacy-request portal. Where the law provides an appeal, reply to the decision email.
Submitting an inquiry allows Simple Home to respond about that inquiry by phone or email. A text message is sent when the message program has the consent collected for that message. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
