These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Simple Home's website, platform, seller dashboard, workspaces, tools, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Simple Home provides software and workflows for property marketing, visibility, buyer engagement signals, showing coordination support, communications organization, and related operational tools. The Services may include authenticated areas such as your seller dashboard, listing or workspace views, settings, and integrations that help you manage visibility and buyer-facing activity.
Features and availability may vary by plan, region, or product phase. Simple Home may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the platform where reasonably necessary for operations, security, or compliance.
Where the Services require an account, you agree to provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Simple Home may suspend or restrict access to the platform or dashboard—including certain workspaces or features—to address misuse, risk, non-payment where applicable, legal obligations, or service integrity. You remain responsible for exporting or retaining your own records where the product allows.
Simple Home is not a licensed real estate brokerage and does not represent buyers or sellers in real estate transactions unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.
The Services do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. Nothing on the platform replaces licensed professionals for contracts, negotiations, disclosures, financing, inspections, title, or brokerage representation.
You are solely responsible for your real estate decisions and for verifying information before relying on it.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party tools—such as advertising networks, analytics, communications carriers, payment processors, identity providers, cloud infrastructure, or mapping and media services. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Simple Home does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy, fees, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your risk and subject to their agreements.
Paid plans, add-ons, or usage-based charges—if offered—are presented at enrollment, checkout, or within your account. Taxes may apply. Failure to pay amounts when due may result in suspension or loss of access to paid features.
Simple Home and its licensors retain rights in the Services, branding, and related materials. Subject to these Terms, Simple Home grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your internal seller operations in connection with eligible listings you control.
You retain ownership of content you submit ("Your Content") and grant Simple Home a license to host, process, and display Your Content as reasonably necessary to operate and improve the Services.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMPLE HOME DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Simple Home does not guarantee specific marketing outcomes, buyer activity, offer volume, pricing results, or sale timelines. Metrics or estimates shown in the dashboard are informational and may be incomplete or delayed.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMPLE HOME AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL. SIMPLE HOME'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SIMPLE HOME FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), IF NO FEES APPLIED.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, limitations apply to the fullest extent allowed by law.
You will defend and indemnify Simple Home and its affiliates, officers, and employees against claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the Services in breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.
You may stop using the Services at any time. Simple Home may suspend or terminate access to your account or the platform for breach of these Terms, risk, legal requirements, or cessation of the Services, subject to any refund or notice obligations required by law or your separate agreement.
Simple Home may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms with an updated effective date where appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional consent.
These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Simple Home regarding the Services except where a separate signed agreement expressly controls (for example, a specific service order). If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue for disputes will be in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
