Messages may include listing details, showing coordination, seller responses, and operational updates tied to the property you contacted us about. Simple Home does not send unrelated marketing texts through this program.
SMS messages are only sent after you provide explicit consent by submitting your phone number through a Simple Home form and checking the required consent checkbox. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
